Wedding at La Jolla Cove Suites

Lynn and Greg got married at the La Jolla Cove Suites. 

A beautiful day in La Lolla over looking the ocean Greg and Lynn 

exchanged their vows under the chuppah we created for them 

draped with white satin fabric and rich red floral. 

We wish the wonderful couple a happy married life. 

Four Seasons Santa Barbara Biltmore

A couple of weeks ago we had the wonderful pleasure to work at 

Four Seasons Santa Barbara Biltmore for Erika and Hector's wedding! 

 They chose the biltmore as Hector's had proposed 

to Erika on a beautiful romantic day! 

Erika's bouquet was lady slippers orchids, cataleya orchids, 

green cymbediums and ivory roses embellished with a beautiful broach. 

The ceremony was a full of orchids, white phalaenopsis orchid, 

and green cymbedims. It was so romantic to see the couple exchange 

their vows while the sun set. The reception has white and green 

hydrangea blooms with ivory roses with long leis. 

The Mantel was adorned with leis and orchids and floating candles. 

It was a full on production from linen, floral, chargers 

cake riser, and it was a wonderful experience. 

We wish Erika and Hector a wonderful married life together!

Nautilus Shell Bouquet

If you want to walk down the aisle with something that's non traditional 

yet chic, this is one of the many option we can create for you! 

It is a nautilus shell with fluffy white hydrangea blooms, 

green cymbedium orchids and white calla lilies.

A very modern, sophisticated different yet still a classy look.

Wedding on the Maritime Museum/Steam Ferry Berkeley

The Berkeley Maritime Museum is 

such a wonderful location for a wedding! 

The Couple loved the rustic structure of the boat which 

bring a classic vintage Victorian feel.

The stain glass, the benches, seating areas just amazes me and 

we were so happy that our wonderful couple 

Alexander and Lauren chose this boat. 

We used rustic silver candelabras with fluffy white hydrangea 

blooms and ivory roses with tapper candles. 
This historic boat has a 360 degree view of San Diego Bay!

Happy Diwali

Diwali- A Festival of Lights!

Today we have on our blog Nathan to talk 

about one of the most cherished festivals in India. 

I come from a land with diverse culture, religion, languages, food, 

race and I am so Thankful for everything my culture has taught me. 

On the other side of the world at this very moment all my friends, 

family and relatives are celebrating the festival of lights-Diwali. 

Diwali is the triumph of good over evil. 

Family friends gather together to celebrate this 

joyous occasion by lighting lamps. 

Every single house has lamps lit and set of fireworks. 

When I was a kid my cousins would come over and we would play 

with fireworks all night long! Of course under adult supervision. 

When we get tired we would nibble on 

sweets ( good sugar rush to keep us going). 

We would play for 2 nights and its one festival we have a 

lot of fun. (2nd to Christmas....LOL)

A perfect way to put it is......Its Christmas with fireworks!!!

Since I cannot play with fireworks here I lit candles at ArtQuest 

and made a table top to reminisce my childhood.

I used pink linens which we call "Rani Pink" with 

Green Cymbediums, Yellow and Purple Calla lilies.

Angelica and Benjamin's Wedding!

This was a wedding that we designed for the 

wonderful couple with vibrant and rich fall colors.

Angelica's bouquet was full with orange roses, 

orange mokara orchids, and deep red roses embellished 

with jewels and black feathers. 

The vibrant fall colors resonated throughout the wedding. 

We had a wonderful time and we wish 

the wonderful couple an amazing life together. 

Fashionable Witch

Of course costume, make up and creativity is 

what we look for at Halloween. 

So here we were inspired by WITCHES! 

This attire was put together with just two 

6 foot table linen and couple of pins. 

Paired with some red hot or hot pink shoes 

anyone would look awesome. 

Instead of going all black we tried to soften the look 

with soft pink roses and white phaleonopsis orchids. 

A simple table for your guest! 

And this is for you my Friend "Danny". 

I could style you in this attire or 

make you a look like an Indian Prince...

LeeAnn & Raymund's Wedding

This Blush Pink wedding of LeAnn and Raymund makes 

me want to incorporate all the blush tones more and more. 

LeeAnn carried a bouquet with blush pink roses, soft pink cymbediums, 

stephanotis and embellished with a broach. 

The Ceremony and Reception was at the Four Points by Sheraton 

and they exchanged vows under the gazebo draped with 

white fabric and lush white phaleonopsis orchids, 

blush pink roses, white hydrangea. The reception had a combination 

of centerpieces, tall centerpieces with blush pink roses, 

white hydrangea and hanging leis while the 

other tables had floating orchids and candles.

The Cake Riser was custom made with sheets of Bling. 

Amy Vargas from First Comes Love planned the wedding beautifully. 

Camille and Patick's Wedding.

The scripps seaside forum is a beautiful location for weddings

with the ocean as the background, the beach, 

and perfect for the couple that love the ocean.

Camille chose rich red tones for her wedding. 

With all red roses, white phaleonopsis orchids and white hydrangea

It was just wonderful.

 Red is so rich and is one of our favorite colors for weddings, 

it so rich, romantic and elegant.

We wish Camille and Patrick a wonderful married life together.

James & Amy's wedding in 

La Jolla at the Cuvier Club

Amy and James had chosen La Jolla to celebrate 

their amazing day with her closest of family and friends.

Tones of rich Purple and accents of subtle ivory 

were incorporated through out the wedding.

Deep purple lizianthus, purple dendrobium orchids 

and ivory roses set the tones for the wedding. 

The ceremony at St. James and reception 

at the Cuvier Club were just wonderful.

Wedding on the Renown Hornblower

This was a simple wedding over the hornblower 

with the rich tones of purple and white. 

For the bouquet we used purple vanda orchids, 

stephanotis, white roses wrapped with a frilly ribbon 

and embellished with a beautiful broach . 

The ceremony was on the deck with purple lizianthus, lavender roses, 

white hydrangeas, and lavender fabric blowing with the wind. 

The reception had the similar concept on the boat 

with purple lizianthus, lavender roses, white hydrangeas. 

The hornblower is always a wonderful choice 

be it a wedding or just a fun party. 

Kelly and Pete's wedding at 

The La Jolla Cove Suites

Kelly's wedding was the La Jolla Cove Suites 

overlooking the beautiful ocean. 

On a beautiful sunny day and a wonderful choice 

of bright yellow colors for the wedding. 

We used Yellow calla lilies, yellow roses 

were the flowers were used. 

We created kelly's bouquet with white calla lilies, 

yellow calla lilies, yellow roses, crespedia balls, 

succulents, and a little bit of bling. 

A custom made pillow for the ring bearer was made 

with all yellow miniature button mums and 

for the reception submerged calla lilies.

The guest wrote their best wishes on board 

which Kelly would decorate her home with.

Our Lady of Rosary

This past week we had a wonderful opportunity to design 

the floral Arch for the most beautiful mother.

It is truly an honor. 

We used lavender roses, purple dendrobium orchids 

and white roses, and white phalaenopsis Orchid. 

Thanks to the Addolorata from Our Lady of Rosary.

Alison & Chris Wedding

When I met with Alison she wanted a wedding 

with rich tones and a touch of vintage. 

For Alison's bouquet we used rich red roses with burgundy dahlias,  

deep red calla lilies embellished with a pendent 

and ear rings from her grandmother. 

The Ceremony and Reception was in the Museum of Art. 

The same colors tones followed throughout 

the wedding with deep red rich tones of red and burgundy.

Tara and Jonathan's Wedding 

at The La Jolla Woman's Club

Tara and Jonathan were married at the 

beautiful La Jolla Womens Club. 

The Ceremony was in the front garden in front of the fountain. 

We used two beautiful tall arrangements on vases 

with all hot pink roses, orange roses. 

Tara carried a cascading bouquet with white casablanca lilies, 

white dendrobium orchids. 

It was a joy to work with both of them and 

we wish both of you an Amazing married life.

Wedding at Manchester Hyatt

 Adriana and Esteban chose the pool deck at the Manchester Hyatt. 

A beautiful view of the bay and having to celebrate your wedding 

in the Hyatt is killing 2 birds with just one stone. 

Adriana chose to have an all white wedding. 

We used White Hydrangea, White roses, 

Green Amaranthus for the centerpieces. 

We used White Phalaenopsis Orchid, Calla lilies, Roses 

and mini roses for her bouquet with 2 beautiful broaches. 

We wish Adriana and Esteban a wonderful married life together!

Janice & Jonas's Wedding 

Janice and Jonas were married in La Jolla in Cuvier Club. 

She chose a very beautiful color palette incorporating the 

beautiful ivories, greens and rich purple. 

It was all the small beautiful details Janice incorporated in the 

wedding from the gorgeous programs to the decor. 

We incorporated, beautiful blooms of white hydrangea, 

rich purple lizianthus, lavender rose are a few to mention. 

This was wonderful and we congratulate the wonderful couple.

Robert & Gabi's Wedding in La Jolla Women's Club

Fall is almost around the corner and Gabi and Robert wanted to 

incorporate the rich and bright fall colors into their wedding. 

We used mustard yellow sunflowers, bright oranges roses, 

chocolate browns roses, ivories all throughout the wedding. 

The stage of la jolla womens club was lit with all pillar candles. 

The intimate ceremony for gabi and robert was in 

the garden and reception inside the club. 

We wish Gabi and Robert a wonderful life together!

Erin & Dino's Wedding at Paradise Point

Erin and Dino chose the Paradise Point resort for the wedding. 

Ceremony in the Paradise Lawn and Reception in

 the sunset ballroom overlooking the bay. 

Erin wanted an all white wedding. 

We used plethora of Dendrobium orchids 

spraying out of the arrangements. 

It just absolutely so beautiful to see so many orchids. 

A huge Thanks to Karen Cipolla from the Paradise Point 

and Stacy Barba from A day of Elegance did an amazing job.
