Centerpiece with shades of purple and lavender | Lavender and Purple Centerpiece

Shades of purple and lavender are a very
romantic combination for a centerpiece.
We paired 2 different tones of lavender roses with stock,
green hydrangeas and kale. We used a soft lavender linen for
the table setting with changers and
napkins from our own personal collection.

TIP:
Based on the location this centerpiece can be styled differently
with the use for candelabras and vases.
If the location is rustic and vintage we would suggest the use of
candelabras. For a modern palette, a simple clean tall vase will
bring the elegance to the event.

styled in shades of purple and lavender.

Pearls and Orchids.

Be it Christmas or anytime of the year, this all classic white
centerpiece with orchids and pearls will never go out of style.
Trends might come and go, but the classics will always stay.
Beautiful white roses, hydrangeas and orchids paired with
pearls and a vase embellished with miniature crystals stands
tall and elegant.

Goth

Black Lace, parasol covered with lace, mercury glasses,
bird cages, feathers, black lanterns
bring this goth inspiration together.
A rich combination of lavender roses, purple hydrangea blooms,
plum calla lilies and black ostrich plums in a rustic jewelry box with
a parasol just evokes the Edwardian era.
The black and white images just embodies the Edwardian
over the top yet classic goth glamour.
It is one of a kind but design that you to totally pull of for your event.
Happy Friday the 13th.

Happy Diwali

Diwali- A Festival of Lights!
Today we have on our blog Nathan to talk
about one of the most cherished festivals in India.

I come from a land with diverse culture, religion, languages, food,
race and I am so Thankful for everything my culture has taught me.
On the other side of the world at this very moment all my friends,
family and relatives are celebrating the festival of lights-Diwali.
Diwali is the triumph of good over evil.
Family friends gather together to celebrate this
joyous occasion by lighting lamps.
Every single house has lamps lit and set of fireworks.
When I was a kid my cousins would come over and we would play
with fireworks all night long! Of course under adult supervision.
When we get tired we would nibble on
sweets ( good sugar rush to keep us going).
We would play for 2 nights and its one festival we have a
lot of fun. (2nd to Christmas....LOL)
A perfect way to put it is......Its Christmas with fireworks!!!
Since I cannot play with fireworks here I lit candles at ArtQuest
and made a table top to reminisce my childhood.
I used pink linens which we call "Rani Pink" with
Green Cymbediums, Yellow and Purple Calla lilies.
Enjoy!

Something for the Bridesmaids!!!

This is a table scape we created with vibrant burnt
orange and yellow mango calla lilies in mercury vases
with a bed of green cymbedium orchids.
When we created this, we thought of the Bridesmaids
and just having the girls over for some fun times.
A simple hair piece for the girls at your party
are place on each place setting.
Opps I left the guys out-My bad......
need to think for something for the guys.
Until then...;-)
